Oggi il laboratorio Fisica In Moto si arricchisce di una nuova attrezzatura al banco del Desmopower.
Si tratta di un cilindro Ducati dell'Hypermotard 796 sezionato per dare la possibilità di scoprire il funzionamento del motore a quattro tempi.
La caratteristica di questo strumento didattico è di avere il pistone e le valvole azionabili in modo indipendente. Ciò dà la possibilità di provare a muovere a piacimento il pistone e le valvole, fino a capire davvero qual è la sequenza di movimenti necessari al funzionamento del motore
News from the "Desmopower" workstation
A new machinary was mounted on the Desmopower workstation. It is a Ducati cylinder from the engine of the Hypermotard 796.
The cylinder has been cut open to show what is inside. As a characteristic, the movements of the valves and the piston are independent, thus allowing to play with it and personally understand what the correct sequence is.
